What you’ll do

  • Anticipate Members’ needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience
  • Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
  • Take immediate action to correct any issues.
  • Receive and greet guests; assist with seating
  • Check tables throughout service times for guest satisfaction
  • Supervise the dining room staff and maintain uniform service standards
  • Ensure side work is completed everyday and dining room supplies are stocked
  • Report any supply shortages to the F&B Manager
  • Train new-hires in service standards, menu items, use of POS system and up- selling

What you’ll do

  • Check and rectify all the repairs, maintenance and construction works as directed which reflects on the standard of the hotel
  • Ensure that all users are provided with the necessary support during their day-to-day activities
  • Provide day-to-day services to the end-users including the connection of PC’s and laptop’s on the hotel network, managing software deployments, etc. to ensure compliance with pre-defined IT standards and policies
  • Reply to the requests for assistance from end-users, either colleagues or guests, according to the tone of voice and policies and procedures of the Hotel, using both telephone and email

What you’ll do

  • Follow up on e-mail and phone requests regarding accommodation
  • Process, confirm or modify room reservations and send relevant confirmation to guests
  • Assign rooms to each guest and update this in the system
  • Keep the front office department updated at all times for any changes in the systems during the operation of the hotels
  • Process payments, credits, and charges in a secure and efficient way and keep all records updated
  • Monitor price parity and availability across all channels
  • Monitor the direct pricing and rate plans and develop strategies aiming to maximize reservations performance
  • Keep the reservations reports up to date
  • Participate in the Set up of the monthly targets and in the monthly budget reconciliation

What we are looking for

  • Proven work experience as a Reservations Agent, ideally in a 5* hotel environment
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an asset
  • Experience in Hotel Program (PMS)
  • Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

What you’ll do

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

  • Organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
