What you’ll do

  • Perform different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies
  • Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each Spa guest
  • Communicate with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required
  • Resolve guest complaints and report any accidents to the Manager
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use
  • Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations as needed
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
  • Ensure that the Spa is adequately stocked with Spa supplies and report shortages to the Supervisor
  • Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management
  • Enquire about guests’ medical conditions and allergies before providing Spa services

What we are looking for

  • Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics
  • Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist
  • Excellent command of the English language

As an IT Associate, you will provide first-level IT end-user support to Hotel employees and guests, in order to ensure that end-user enquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner and systematically registered for future reference.

What you’ll do

  • Check and rectify all the repairs, maintenance and construction works as directed which reflects on the standard of the hotel
  • Ensure that all users are provided with the necessary support during their day-to-day activities
  • Provide day-to-day services to the end-users including the connection of PC’s and laptop’s on the hotel network, managing software deployments, etc. to ensure compliance with pre-defined IT standards and policies
  • Reply to the requests for assistance from end-users, either colleagues or guests, according to the tone of voice and policies and procedures of the Hotel, using both telephone and email
  • Update all call requests and raise the respective tickets, so as to support the provision of an end-user oriented, efficient and cost-effective service to internal clients
  • Provide solutions to simple technical issues of hardware and software while escalating more complex issues to the IT Manager so as to facilitate their fast and accurate resolution
  • Contribute to the training of end-users on basic IT applications
  • Respond to guest and colleague queries in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure the security of all hotel data in accordance with company standards
  • Maintains an updated IT knowledge to enable continuous improvement to the services offered to users
  • Create user accounts when required, allocate necessary access to users
  • Ensure that all requests to the IT Department are logged
  • Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

 What we are looking for

  • BSc/Ba in Information Technology or relevant field
  • MSc degree in related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant proven working experience
